Legal Terms and Return Policy
1. Business
policy
1.1. Walone
Fashion Group products are intended to be sold to legal persons, who are purchasing
upon personal needs (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
2.
Products
2.1. Walone
Fashion Group offers three types of products:
a) Ready-made products available in stock (Products which are ready to purchase
by the customers, that are produced mainly in sizes S, M, or L);
b) Pre-made products (Products that customers wish to be made for their
specific measurements without doing alterations to the design.)
c) Customized products (Referred to Special Orders) are products that will be
customized for the client’s taste and measurements in coordination with a
professional designer from Walone Fashion Group.
2.2.
If the Customer purchases a ready-made product, he/she will receive the same
product as seen on our official website or social media (Instagram and Facebook);
2.2.1. The Customer needs to understand that there may be slight differences in
color, due to the different lightening used in different locations and color
settings in different monitors and screens.
2.3.
If the ordered product is handmade, or contains handwork, the Customer needs to
understand that the product cannot be recreated in a completely identical way,
as it’s done by hand and not by machine. Embellishments made by hand are always
done by a real life person and can be recreated approximately 90-95%.
2.4. Walone Fashion Group products take 3 to 30 days to be produced, depending
on the design and fabric of the product. The sales team will set a delivery
date together with the Customer as a deadline.
2.4.1. There can be exceptions to the deadlines, as when due to unpredictable
reasons certain fabrics do not arrive on time because they are out of stock. In
these cases the Customer gets informed right away.
3.
Ordering Process
3.1.
To place an order, the Customer must contact or has to be contacted by one of
our official communication channels, which include the following:

The
Customer will be provided with extra information through our communication
channels and can ask questions there.
4.
Payment
4.1.
To place an order or purchase an item, which is ready to ship or available for
preorder, the Customer must pay the full price of a product.
4.2
The payment(s) must be done through VISA, VISA ELECTRONIC, OR MASTERCARD, when
the Client purchases directly at our website.
4.3.
If the Customer is interested in customizing a dress (referred to Special
Order), then the Customer must pay half of the amount as a deposit payment to
start the process of placing a Special Order. The rest of the payment must be
paid when the Special Order is finished and ready to ship.
4.3.1.
When the Customer wishes to place a Special Order, s/he is in direct contact
with one of our official online sales assistants and can choose to pay also
through other payment channels like the following: Bank Transfer to our Kosovo
Bank Account, Bank Transfer to our Lithuanian account (Paysera), or Cash
Payment Agencies like Western Union, MoneyGram or RIA.
5.
Shipping policy
5.1.
The shipping costs will be covered by Walone Fashion Group as all the prices on
our website include shipping costs. Note that this excludes customs’ fees and VAT
as the legal terms regarding customs vary from country to country.
5.2. Walone Fashion Group offers worldwide shipping. The courier companies used
for shipping are the following (depending on your location):
a)
DHL;
b) UPS.
5.3.
The products can only be shipped during weekdays, which are Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. On official holidays there is no shipping, but the
client gets informed about these cases.
5.4.
The product(s) take(s) 5 to 14 business days to arrive at the Customer’s
delivery address (not taking into consideration the customs process that might
take place in the delivery country, which varies from country to country).
5.4.1. The waybill numbers of the courier companies usually post the estimated
delivery dates a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of
emergencies. The order will arrive earlier and the Customer shouldn’t be
concerned about it.
5.5.
The Customer is responsible for giving the correct delivery address and phone
number to Walone Fashion Group, who will forward the address information to the
courier company.
Once the product is delivered to the delivery address, the Customer is required
to sign the package. If the package is not signed or if the Courier cannot get
in contact with the Customer, they will try to deliver the package a few more
times and get in contact with the Customer via phone.
6.
Return/ Exchange policy
6.1. There
is no international return or exchange policy at Walone Fashion Group and
accordingly there is no refund policy either.
6.2.
With regards to measurements and dresses that are customized, there can always
be small deviations since it is not possible to have a perfect fit without
having at least one fitting.
6.3. The
seller is not responsible for any defects after the dress is delivered to the
Customer. Walone Fashion Group does not ship dresses with defects. Every order
is going through a Quality control, which is made by a professional and
experienced staff member.
6.4. Special
Orders can be cancelled if the product does not turn out how the Customer has
specified. The Customer needs to have appropriate reasons. But the deposit
payment cannot be refunded. Instead, the Customer can choose to purchase
another product of that value.
7.
Modifications of Terms and Conditions
7.1. Walone
Fashion Group reserves the right to make changes to The Terms and Conditions
when needed.
7.2.
The Customer will be notified of any relevant changes up to 4 weeks before
changes will take place.
